Our estate-grown grapes are hand picked producing an intense, vibrant style of Sauvignon Blanc, loaded with tropical and citrus fruits whilst displaying elegance and persistence.

The 2025 Sauvignon Blanc is tingly and chalky, with apple skin and nashi pear in abundance. The acidity is saline and woven throughout, with classy texture to close.
